I quit dipping about three years ago, with the help of nicotine lozenges and gum.  I have now become more addicted to these things than the dip.  I decided four days ago that Iits time for no nicotine.  I met a fellow kill the can brother and he was really encouraging about quiting and introduced me to this site and I am amazed at how well I have done the past four days.
That's great man getting off the nicotine lozenges and gum. All that shit is doing is just delaying the inevitable. It's the nicotine that we need to quit. Not the actual dip or cigs.

Click on this link, the Welcome Center and it'll tell you everything you need to know about this site. Especially focus on the section of how to post roll and watch the video. Your group will be this one, July 2013. Get to know your quit brothers and sisters. Get their phone numbers for when shit really hits the fan and you want nothing more than a dip. There are a lot of great people on this site who will drop whatever it is they're doing to help you come out on the other side as a winner and remaining dip free. So after watching the video go post roll and then write a message asking for numbers of the people in your group.

I'm not gonna lie to you and tell you it's going to be easy, cause it won't be. But after some time it will start to get easier day by day. Get involved with the site so it doesn't become stale if you feel like it might become so. Well how can saving your life everyday get stale?

I was in your shoes 579 days ago. You're already past the worst of it being 4 days quit and all the withdrawals should be done with. Should you need anything feel free to PM me. I'm here for you anytime.

Quit with you today my brother. Here's to saving your life and not being a slave to a plant anymore!!
Welcome William. You are now taking your life back,, just like I did 57 days ago. Trust me, what your feeling now get so much better. You won't believe how much better you'll feel with time.... No more wondering when your getting your next fix, wondering where your going to get your next refill,,, wondering if you got enough to last the weekend. Go buy you some gum, maybe get some toothpicks (that's what i use). I'm glad you joined man,, your life is to important not to have. You got my number,, don't hesitate. Glad to be quit with you!!!!!
Glad your here Billidkkid listen to what these other guys have to say. My best advice is to get in touch with as many people as possible and exchange numbers. You should never be able to make it to about 1-2pm without a text from a quit brother reminding you about posting roll or if you want them to do it for you. If you don't receive that text get some more numbers.

If you want to exchange numbers just send me a PM and let us know here if you have any more questions, any situation you can think of someone here has probably experienced it.

Wait - you were using nicotine lozenges and gum for three years? No chew? No cigarettes? You were ingesting nicotine three years via products marketed as nicotine cessation products?

Words of Dipshittery? Mods? Admins? Anyone?

Welcome.

HoF Speech

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.
