How do I post roll?
I get tired of having to explain everything to Alabamans, but here goes:

Step 1 - Find the last Roll Call
Step 2 - Hit the "Quote" button in the upper right hand corner.
Step 3 - Click your mouse ANYWHERE in The bottom Box
Step 4 - Hit Ctrl and "A" at the Same time so it looks like THIS
Step 5 - Hit Ctrl and "X" at the same time so there is NOTHING in Either Box
Step 6 - Click your mouse in the TOP BOX
Step 7 - Hit Ctrl and "V" at the same time to Past the info into the top box AND ADD YOUR info to the bottom of the list
Step 8 - Hit ADD REPLY below the bottom box
Step 9 - Go back to the 1st unread post, pat yourself on the back, and have a beer cause you will not be dipping today.

Alabama,

Why do you keep expecting failure? Keep expecting it, and it will become a self fulfilling prophecy.

Quit means quit. Quit means you don't use nicotine anymore. PERIOD! QUIT=SUCCESS. QUIT=FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION!

1. Post roll- this is your promise not to use nicotine in any form. This promise covers today.

2. Honor that promise

3. Repeat

BS!

You're still a "creeper" Commit to the quit, dump every bit of stuff you have and post roll.

Otherwise you just end up exactly where you were two years ago - NOWHERE

I found that the easiest way to quit was to not put it in my mouth. Confusing concept at first.....

But I found if I posted roll...kept my word...then repeated.....the days started to add up.

Also, PM me your original name. You will need to use that one.

Hey everybody I found this forum 2 yrs ago and followed the advice and quit for 7 months. I felt great even ended up losing 50 pounds because I wanted to eat healthier too. Now ive been back on the damn can for a year and some. I now have a daughter and im back to exactly how I was dipping and even the weight has came back. im taking a dip spitting it out after 10 minutes and putting another in 10 min later. Its bad I dont want the shit anymore but I cant find the willpower to quit im dipping too much too frequently. Any advice appreciated
Are you shitting me. You said it your self: "you quit for seven months and felt great". And now you say "You don't want the shit anymore".

Am I missing something??? Dump out the can and quit? Why are you doing something that makes you feel like shit when two years ago you experiance the enrichment of being quit.

Looking for willpower? Go read the kearns story, look at cancer pic's, check between your legs for your balls. Quit now when you have a choice.

(And if you where a member before, you need to use your original name).

Quit today and enjoy the freedom!
It's very important that you not change identities. Use your old username. If you can't remember your password, just PM one of the mods and they can find it for you.
