ya'll are all right! it is time to quit, today, not tomorrow, not in a week, right now. its fucking hard though..just had dinner, went to the store and picked up a couple bags of seeds. I will be chewing lots of seeds in these next couple of weeks in substitute of dip. what else is good for taking your mind of dip?
