four days down, forced myself up at 5:30 for a 5mile run.  Rough going at first, but very nice upon completion.  Mouth sores are almost gone, black tea seems to be helping, and I know that not dipping is helping the most.  Hoping the energy is coming back a little.  Good state of mind today.
five days.
That's how we roll. 1 day at a time. Nice, J. Drop in with your October brothers. Post roll. Put your Word on the table just like they're doing day by day.
Gotta agree with PbKid here. Post roll over in October. You'll get a lot more support and you'll have a whole group of people going through the same thing as you. There's no reason to get pulled through a knothole by yourself. Take advantage of the group suck because it will make it a lot easier. That's the beauty of this place!
I've been looking for you to post in October....what's holding you back? Commit to the quit with others...it makes it a lot easier!

Hang in there. One day at a time. YOU CAN DO IT!
?All men dream: but not equally.
Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds
wake in the day to find that it was vanity:
but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men,
for they may act out their dream with open eyes, to make it possible.?

three days dip free, have yet to figure out how to post roll call. Have just had the absolute strangest feeling for past three days. Sort of riding a high i the fact that I'm willing it a away, but have had NO energy. Under normal circumstances I have enough left in the tank for at least an hour of exercise every day, but the past three days I've found it hard to muster the energy to even fix dinner.
Welcome Jaguar! Here are the instructions on how to post roll:

And here is a link to your quit group:

Don't worry about screwing it up...we'll fix it if you do. Congrats on a damn smart decision! It will be rough for a bit but it will start to get better fast. You're going to get a ton of support here and my advice is to stick close to this place, read everything you can, and let folks know how you're doing. I'll be watching for you.

Hold on tight and just remember that you're tougher than that can of poison. Glad to have you here!!!
