Can't put to much faith in a vol fan!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Looks like someone pulled a Kiffen!

Come on man, posting a Day 1 and then not showing back up is some WEAK SHIT! Could you really not make it to Day 2?

Dust yourself off and get back on here. But when you do, be prepared to get to work and commit to this.

Hello MiddleTNVol,

I am here, I am new, and I am probably doing this wrong. But i get that that does not matter in the face of what we are doing together. I am proud to be here with you.

Quote from: MiddleTNVolHey, guys.

I just wanted to introduce myself, and post for the first time. I've seen this website before, but it took me awhile to fully commit myself to quitting. I've been dipping for over 5 years, and that is long enough. To start, I have to give credit to Curt Schilling. While I don't personally agree with some of the things he says, I admit that his cancer situation had an effect on me. When I first heard about it last year I ignored him, and didn't care. I started looking at his story again, and realized I was not interested in experiencing.

I also realized that I might experience things later in life that are even worse then what happened to Curt Schilling. Today is the first day of my new experience. It hasn't been the easiest, but I know one day I will feel far better. I won't have to worry about running water in my mouth to clean out dip, or worry about collecting plastic bottles in my truck every time I drink something, for spitters.

As I go through my first day without a dip, I realize that tougher days are in front of me. I also know that a day will come when I feel better, healthier, and happier.

I look forward to interacting with you guys, and helping all of us stay on the right path. I'll certainly be glad to have a place for complaining and venting.

Welcome Vol!

Glad to see your already posting in the November group. Alot of good guys here young and old can give you the help you need to overcome the first few days and setup success for the rest of your life! I Quit with you today brother.

PM me if you ever need anything.

Vol. welcome! I was you a year ago. And I have made the trip around the sun. So many dip free events have taken place since I quit. You can do this too. Immerse yourself into this site and all it has to offer.

I missed 2 roll call days in the first week of my quit. Solid since. Still irks that I have those missed days.

Get through the first week or so and the mental game takes over. Stay close to KTC, get to know people in your quit group. Exchange numbers.

I quit with you today. I'll worry about quitting tomorrow when it gets here. On day at a time ODAAT.

I like to say : A+B=S (FY)

Accountability + Brotherhood = Success (Fuck Yeah!)

Welcome! First go to welcome center and learn how to post roll. Advice will follow but I will say if you here in October you can come vent when we kick y'alls ass! Quit on, post roll now!
I had a feeling when I saw your avatar, that you might be an Alabama fan, ha. Gotta beat again sometime or another, so maybe this will be the year, although I'm not holding out much hope. It took me a little longer then I thought it would, but I figured out how to post roll. Is roll call something guys should post about frequently?
Roll is every day. You make a promise that you won't use for that day.

You should do it as soon as you wake up and definitely before you post elsewhere. It seems confusing and silly at first, but it is priceless to your quit.

Go Vols!
Great job posting roll! You could have headaches, constipation, anxiety, anger and fog that is confusion, forgetting. This shits hard but doable! Attitude goes a long ways. Posting your name on a board may sound a little crazy but do it early Edd ODAAT and get to know your brothers and sisters and you will understand when your names on roll , you promised you would not touch any form of nic for the next 24 hours. See we're all addicts and to me that means you will always be an addict, we depend upon each other. We moan bitch and sometimes cr together. Read traumagent intro at top of page. He just passed away with cancer and posted roll all the way till he died. Never bitched, whined about all the bullshit he was going through just came on and offered support and advice! That's the kind of people are here. Guy's like w2w driving 18 hours to go to the funeral. Once you're vested here you're family. Welcome again and I'm damn proud to be quit with you! Quit on!
