the seeds have helped me quite a bit. So has eclipse gum, sugarfree candy, jerky. If you can get it, the fake herbal stuff helps with the oral fixation.

Seeds, gum, and butterscotch. I'm never without them. My son loves it.. I always have a snack in my pocket!
