Hello all. my quit day was 7/13/13 and i have been completely surprised about the support on this KTC website! I am deployed and have a good support group here but it helps to have more! The biggest reason(S) i quit:Â
my wife hates it!
Both parents died of lung cancer
two uncles died of cancer
Time to freakin quit!
i am doing ok for now, have cravings daily but i am staying strong. i appreciate your support as i look forward to my HOF coin in OCTOBER.

Hi Jimmy, you've come to the right place. Read the site, everything you can, and post roll with myself and October 13. I'm guessing you're not carrying a cell phone out there, but stay as close to the site as you can. There are tons of badass quitters here with great advice to help in your fight.
Shoot me a PM if there's any way I can lend support. I quit with you today.
thanks, jrod.
check your PM
Welcome Jimmy,
You've got things under control with posting. Nice job! That's half the battle. One thing though, You need to quit for you first, no one else.
Thanks for your service, PM me if you need digits and/or someone to vent to.
I quit with you today!
Hey Bro been where you are at nice to hear that you have a group out there with you for quit support well now you have an additional family. I read your intro and reasons for the quit. There was a key player that you forgot to mention in your reason to quit.
YOU!! YOU are the main player in the equation. The quit has to be for you. The rest are all motivators the problem with motivation is that is usually short lived. The only constant is you...your quit lives through you and with you.
I admire your enthusiasm but we focus on today and today only...100 days is down the road. ODAAT one day at a time you get up in the AM post your roll and give your promise that for today you will not use nicotine in any form. step two REPEAT. You keep adding +1s and before you know it HOF (hall of Fame) is here.
PM bro if you need anything even if you need something sent to you out there.
Keep Safe and come home.
