I found this site a few months ago when I was ironically looking up the tobacco curing process for a job I had applied for. I set my quit date time and time again, I tried making titrations of part grizzly part smokey mountain fake stuff. All to no avail, so Friday night when I ran out I just said "F*** it!" I'm going to do this, I'm going to kick it, I've been through some tough situations before I can do this. I know cold turkey is going to be tough but I have also seen the support that the members of this site have for one another. I will fight on, I will not cave!
step right up.....this place will work...coupla keys....

Read read read and learn from the vast experience and successes of the quitters on here. Realize how sacred posting roll every day is....you are looking me and every other quitter in the eye and giving your word....you will not dip today. It is your honor and integrity at stake...that shit is serious and that shit is real.

You are not alone or breaking new ground here...we've all been there.

Post roll first thing in the morning which takes dip off the table for today.....then keep your word.

Get involved. Post your ass off and don't be afraid to ask for help.....you got this.
