Thanks kdip. I posted roll over ther in July. I noticed that there's alot of activity on the forum. It's nice to see how many people are involved and how much they pay attention.
Get active with your quit group and fill your phone up with numbers of fellow quitters. It makes it that much harder to cave!!! My number is a PM away if you need one!!

It's time to quit.  After about 20 years, I took my last dip last night.  I'm quitting for myself, for my health, for a better life without that crap in it.

I used to not chew that much, would go to the dentist regularly and always got a clean bill of health.  For some reason, the last few years I had increased my use of it and it has affected my health.  I wanna get back to the old me and since I obviously can't handle "a little now-n-then" the only way is all the way.  So today I begin my quit.  I want this quit.  I need this quit.  This is something that I must do.
You are right, we addicts cannot have just a little, from now on you cannot even have just 1. Your brain will say that just 1 won't hurt but remember, zero won't hurt either.
Go to the July group and post roll with them, here's how
