I started chewing in high school and have since been chewing every day for the past 10 or so years. In the last 5 years it got to a can a day, Grizzly. I have always not liked myself that I chewed, and deep down I never wanted to chew but I just always did. I didn't really try to stop until I met my current girlfriend. Sure she doesn't like me chewing but I made this decision for me, not for her. I quit yesterday and today I chose to quit again. It hasn't been easy but reading this website has helped out.
Congrats on the quit bro.
First thing to remember is that the Nic Bitch will be by your side for a long, long time whispering in your ear everyday to take her back......here is what you have to do, Ignore the Bitch or take her back....but now that you are part of the BROTHERHOOD, we don't remarry Bitches!!
Stay strong, I quit with you today!
Nice job posting roll. You are very wise to be making this decision at your age dude. Very.

Keep kicking ass. It gets easier, better, and very rewarding to win.

Luke - chicks don't dig half-jaws. But do this for yourself. The end result is a spine of iron and balls of steel.

Hi Luke. Congratulations on the best decision of your life. Join the June pre HOF quitter group, which can be found here. June signifies the date that you will be 100 days quit, which is a milestone we celebrate here. Post Roll every day. There are instructions for posting Roll in the thread. The only way you can screw up Roll is by not posting.

Quitting is not easy, but it is simple. Post Roll, promise to quit for that day, all day. Keep your promise. Do the same thing tomorrow, and every day after. One day at a time. Not easy, but simple.

I'm proud to Quit with you today.

Take this thing one day at a time bud. Get into our group and post roll each morning like you did today.

PM people, get digits, text or message folks when you're feeling weak. Let people in--it will keep you accountable. And you will strengthen your own quit by holding your brothers accountable. Iron sharpens iron.

Keep a journal. On this thread or somewhere else, but write how you feel each day. It will help to track your own journey, reinforce your quit, keep you focused.

I quit with you today brother.

Drink water, read posts, drink water, exercise, drink more damn water.

Josh
