Tex,
Congrats on getting ahold of your life my man. All of us on here let our addictions get out of control, but it never is too late to get yourself back on track.
Making friends in your quit group is the best thing you can do. You want it so if you dont post roll, you have 15 texts on your phone wondering where you are... I know this because I wasnt very active in my group, and I regret it.
Were all behind you on this one buddy, Read up on all the information you can and hold on tight for some withdrawls. Give it a few weeks and you will be feeling more like yourself. I was glued to the timeline article on the KTC general website, it held pretty accurate for my quit.
Also, it helps to create a list of triggers that may possibly set you off. Mine was driving, showering, and being bored. But, everytime I got in the car, the shower, or was sitting around, I knew I had to blast some music, take a cold shower, or get off my ass and do something so i didnt get tempted.
You can do it buddy
