Im still quit with you Guys Keep Calm and quit :)

I'm pretty new as well as I'm on day 8. It's hard but keep up the fight. Some things start to feel better. Now I have swollen feeling nodes but it all has to get better.

Most of the time they are fighting infection. I made 3 trips to the doctor about midway through say around days 40-50 due to a swollen lymph node. Every time I looked in the mirror it was there. On the 3rd trip my doc told me you are fine. At that point he gave me some anxiety meds, I took them a few times when it would flare up which only last about 2 weeks.

Keep a check on them and visit a doctor especially if they are causing you not to sleep and worry like I was.

Both of you hang in there. Hold on and get through this suck. It's worth it!

Hey gents, we used to have poison running through our veins, for a lot of us, every waking hour. It's going to take some time for the body to fix the damage that was done. Thankfully, the body is incredibly resilient and you're going to notice improvements almost immediately. Every day gets better, gaurenteed. Be patient but if something's bothering you after a week or two definately get it checked out. Remember these days! You don't want to go through it again, eh?

So let's think about this. We stuffed our pie holes with poison for years and we quit dip so we expect to be perfectly normal within a week or two? Not trying to be an asshat here guys just trying get you to think. I'm 323 day's free and still have some issues but I feel immaculate compared to the way I use to feel. Anxiety playsa huge part in the quit process and can cause some issues of its on. My advice step back, take a deep breath, smell the roses and enjoy your quit, every damn second of it because it's awesome and only gets better! I understand what you're going through but we all went through it. Damn proud of you all! Quit on!

Stay strong Satheesh! The antibiotics your doctor gave you will help the throat pain. Tea with honey may help too.

Good idea to reach out here. Go post roll in February 2016 as well (lots of quitters look in there every day). Be sure to tell them you are in India and your morning is our evening... the like people to post roll when they wake up.

You are coming out of the worst of the suck. It will get better. Your body is adapting to not having a face full of poison. But if you are seriously concerned, definitely visit your doctor for a check up. Hang in there, it will get better!!!
