Sounds like you found the welcome center which is good; now keep reading and build your quit toolbox. Drink lots of water, keep nic free alternatives (gum, seeds, fake dip, etc.) on hand at all times. I printed out a copy of the contract to quit and wrapped my cash and c/d cards in it for the first few weeks.
