On day three now. Just woke up and I can't figure out what sucks more. Not sleeping at night or the f-ing feeling i have in my stomach.

I know I can do this because I want it but today seems like it could be the worst day so far.

My wife and family have been very supportive but none of them know what I am going through since none of them have ever been addicted.

I am going to need some encouragement today from people who have been through this. My name is Nick and my phone number is 419-545-0814.

Well you made it to day 2 bro. Seems like you got the prescription on how we do it here: one day at a time.

Keep fighting. I love the fight.

First, congrats on quitting. Second, I saw you posted roll, good, posting roll is the bedrock of what goes on here and why it works. Let me know if you need anything. You can get thru the first few days if you want it. When the suck gets real bad, sign into chat, talk to someone, read old posts. We all know how you feel, and want to help.

I quit with you today.

First of all I am in a bit of a fog since today is day one so I apologize if this doesn't make much sense.

I had been chewing for 8 years on and off and smoking for 5 years prior to chew. Started in high school and haven't been able to kick it.

I have decided I no longer want to chew anymore. My wife and I want to start a family and I don't want my kids to see me being controlled by a substance.

I know my wife, family and this site will help me be successful in kicking the can.
