Hi I'm David26 This is my first day of quitting I have dipped Copenhagen for 8 years now and its time to end my addiction.  I don't know how to navigate through the site or join a group.  All I know is that I want this and I am committed to make a life long change no more excuses.

WOW, I have only seen this done like all the time. Someone can't post roll so someone does it for them...happens everyday. In this situation he is new and getting used to the site and I wanted to get his name on the roll call where he belongs. Not a lot of people visit this area and his group may not know he is here.

How to Post ROLL CALL - Roll Call Instructions
Step 1 - Find the last Roll Call
Step 2 - Hit the "Quote" button in the upper right hand corner.
Step 3 - Click your mouse ANYWHERE in The bottom Box
Step 4 - Hit Ctrl and "A" at the Same time so it looks like THIS
Step 5 - Hit Ctrl and "X" at the same time so there is NOTHING in Either Box
Step 6 - Click your mouse in the TOP BOX
Step 7 - Hit Ctrl and "V" at the same time to Past the info into the top box AND ADD YOUR info to the bottom of the list
Step 8 - Hit ADD REPLY below the bottom box
Step 9 - Go back to the 1st unread post, pat yourself on the back, and have a beer cause you will not be dipping today.

Good to have you David. You made the best desicion you will ever make. Quitting will be hard but it will be very rewarding, but you must remain extremely dedicated to it.

You belong to the May 2010 HOF quit group. Head over to the quit group section, find the May group and post roll there. Make sure you do it everyday. That is your pledge that you will not dip for that day.

Make sure you check out the Welcome Center but here is how you post roll. You will probably screw it up but don't worry about it. The most important thing is that you give your word that you will not dip for that day.

Step 1 - Find the last Roll Call
Step 2 - Hit the "Quote" button in the upper right hand corner.
