Come on over dude...some bad ass motherfuckers over in our September 2011 quit group. Questions about the site, lingo, process of posting roll, anything, PM me, I'm willing to help. I'm part of the September 2011 quit group and for a dude that hasn't blogged before I have a pretty good grip on what's going on here. POST ROLL TODAY! Fucking commit already, it will be one of the best decisions of your life.

sconie. i'm not seeing you on the roll in your september group. Might have missed it, not sure. It might sound like corny bullshit on day 1 or 2 but this is fucking critical. Post roll - your promise not to chew today. Then keep your word. Not tomorrow or the day after or whatever. Just today. That's it. Scowick knows what he's talking about.
Post roll like it is your job. Then read read and read some more. Alll the answers to staying quit are here. Your life depends on it.

WELCOME aboard sconieman! Im a newbie also , I just got into my 38th quit day! The first few days are hell, but it gets easier the longer you keep that shit out of your mouth! Post roll daily and promise to abstain that day and repeat the next day. One day at a time brother!! Nicofiend

I am glad you are here and wish to quit. Why not hop over here: index.php?showtopic=4751 and post roll as a promise that you will not use nicotine today? I would then suggest you do the same first thing in the morning.

Here is some good stuff to read: http://killthecan.org/community/welcome.asp

Welcome aboard sir.

Quit yesterday...

So far, so good. I have a lingering headache, and have been noticing triggers all over. After meal triggers are the worst it seems.
1 can of Wintergreen Grizzly every 2 days for years. Family hated it. Done now.
