I am on my 3rd day and it's getting a little foggy and my sleep patter pretty much has ceased to exist,so I was wanting to get some tobacco free dip substitute and was wondering if any of y'all have tried any and of so what kinds are the best but my main concern is will it be hard to stop using the fake stuff and is it worth my time to even use it.How do y'all use it?Do you use it?Thoughts on if I should use it?
