Did you get other quitters digits yet? A quick text or call can kill a crave.

Hey everyone,

My name is Joe and this is my second post. I quit dipping 2 months ago and am struggling with cravings. When i have a craving At work i have problems figuring out ways to get through them. Thats why I like this site so much. I can get on and post something and get feedback as well as hopefully helping someone else in the process. I associate everthing i do with packing lips. It started with playing baseball, and for the next 7 years into a everyday, every couple of hours affair. Although i know I will one day regret going back to it, i get the case of the fuck its and once in a while tell my self that i can do one more, knowing well that the second i throw another grizzley wintergreen in, i will once again be doing it every single day. I cannot start again. Someone on here told me to post everyday so thats what im planning on doing until i find where to post for the monthly quit dates.
All the best

Joe
Welcome joe! We post roll (our promise not to use nicotine) each day in our quit groups. Do you know what day was your last day using nicotine? There's a calculator on the main page that can help, then someone can point you to the right month. Congrats on 2 months on your own. Quite impressive
Congrats on a great choice, Joe!!! 2 months on your own? HUGE. Post roll, read everything you can, and repeat. You got this. If you can go 2 months on your own, there's no reason you can't go one day with us.
Hey Joe - I saw that you found your way over to June. That's also my group and its an awesome bunch of quitters. I chewed for nearly 38 years so I guess I'm one of the old timers of the group. However we are never to old to quit. I quit with you today and we'll do it again tomorrow! Welcome!!
