Hey CU 2015...welcome to KTC! Glad you are ridding yourself of this poison so young in life. I hope you will follow the link in Spuds' post and post roll in the October 2016 quit group. We have three quitters at day 50 there, myself included.

PM me if you need anything.

Thank y'all I appreciate it. Man 232 days kudos! Keep it up, I had a Buddy quit for a year and cave, maybe I didn't help by dipping around him which I feel bad about now that I know the struggle.

What keeps me going is thinking about how much I had to go through to get to 50 and not wanting to waste all of that.

Hell, if you can do 1 day, you can do 2. And if you can do 232, you can do 233.

Welcome, and congrats on 50 days solo.

I'm 232 days quit, and still get cravings. I still feel the need to come here and post roll first thing every day. In fact, in some ways I need this support more now than I did 150 days ago. People tend to get comfortable in their quit. Often that's the first step to a cave.

Take what you need. Leave the rest. Stay quit.

Hey y'all, Im recently quit and decided to join to not only get support but also maybe help some other guy who is quitting.

Clemson grad 2015, mechanical engineering. Married no kids.

I have been reading posts on the site for awhile and they have helped tremendously. Proud to say this is my 50th day without nicotine. Things do get much better but I still have my bad moments where I crave. Mowing the yard, playing videogames, watching movies, driving, and pooping. That's when is still hard sometimes. But much much easier than before. Thinking about trying the fake stuff to get thru the 40-50 day hump but don't want a crutch.

I play golf and carry a 4 handicap, like working outside after work, and I always order the hottest wings available....I'm that guy.
CU, congrats on 50 days and by yourself is a great accomplishment.
Keep reading and using the site as it appears to have helped. And there is a lot of resources here, and good information about how our quits progress and the challenges at each stage 0-50, 50-75, 100+ etc.

I would recommend posting roll, that is what makes KTC a success, the brotherhood and accountability.
