Approaching your 100 day mark? Join the September quit group. They would love to have you. I'm 572 days quit, and I still need the support I get from my quit group. Post roll, first thing every damn day.

Hi all:

Happy to be a part of this community.
I started dipping when my son was playing baseball at age ten. Carried on and off for 3 years.
Last year it got so that I felt the need to dip all the time. I quit on June 14th of this year, so nearing my 100 day mark.
What triggered me to stop was my daughter pleading with me to quit the "spits" as she would bust me in the car.
I was a D1 baseball player but strangely never dipped in college.

Have a lot of stress in my life, I think dipping was like a blessing and a curse. Great for weight loss and anti-anxiety -but bad for all the reasons you know.
Skoal Pouches were my choice.

What I have found is that I do crave it - I have been trying Grinds and the Tea pouches.
Also quit alcohol. Nothing really is the same, but I am hanging in there.

Have noticed I have been gaining weight though and anxiety is still there.

Anyhow - appreciate being part of the community and would love to help others.

Thank you.
