Post roll, make some friends, and don't quit alone. I have 40-50 stoppages in 17 years, but I have only one quit. This method works, so dive in.

Head over to the Pre HOF July 2015 Group and get your name on the roll. There are some instructions on how to post roll at the Welcome Center.

Glad you are here! You got this!

Thanks for the support! It's scary how closely your stories line up with mine! I have done each one of those tricks. Looking back, even after just 9 days, it's scary how it had a hold on my life. To any other dip ninjas reading this - lets become quit ninjas!

Im not here to 'one up' anyone but to add my name to the list of liars. I was on the ninja list for well over 40 years and told all the lies and did all the stupid things that went with dipping.

I'm also not 'one upping' anyone on the other list I'm adding my name to. the KTC quitter list! It truly works I testify after 3 years.

Hey all! I quit 9 days ago - I had been a closet dipper for 22 years when my wife found a can in my pants pocket. I have tried quitting before, but it was too easy to cave. In the past 9 days I've realized how much of a recluse dip made me. I am glad to be moving in the right direction, but my brain and body are fighting every step. Its good to know I can find people who have been through it.

Hey Burque,

I can relate to your story! I am a 30 year ninja dipper, never once dipped with another person and never once admitted that I dipped to anyone until I found this website. I can remember every lie I ever told when someone found a can associated with my person. What's remarkable is how few people ever found out, and one reason is exactly what you say, ''I've realized how much of a recluse dip made me". Every day I see your quit reinforces mine even more.

Welcome aboard!

Nicotine takes. It takes your health, your money, your time, your honesty, it really takes your life. You've made up lies to leave the house at night to go to the store. You've made up lies on vacation to leave your room and go chew in the lobby bathroom of the hotel. You've driven around putting miles on your car and wasting gas rather than go home and be with your family.

No more!

You have just gained some free time every day to invest in you and your family. That time that you used to devote to nicotine you can now focus on you. And you won't regret it. Your story isn't unique though it feels that way right now. This is an easy addiction to hide. But you are going to love the new you.

One day at a time, join your quit group and post your promise every morning first thing. If you are s man of your word, regardless of what life throws your way, you will keep your word for a day. You can do anything for a day. Next day, repeat. That posting is key. You have thousands of fellow addicts fighting alongside you when your name is on the list. Brothers like me... A 25 year super ninja. 844 days ago I posted threw my can out. Dude, you can do this.

Shoot me a PM if you need a phone number for support. I'm proud to quit with you today
