Thank you Bad-Ash I am now on day 11 feeling very positive. When I log in it reminds me of that nasty thing in my lip . I still feel tired a lot but when I go to bed I'm awake by 2:00 am. Anyways tks for your support .
Lip its gonna take a while for you to return to normal, but its definitely worth it!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Lip you damn Skippy this site works. Without this site I would have tried to quit some 20 times in the past 378 days I've quit and been raising hell about once a week what a pus I was for letting a tin control me! You should be damn proud of yourself, I know I am proud of you! Quit on!

Hey lip turd. What a unique name! Yep... That's what we did... Stuffed our lips with cat turds every day! How gross!
But now we are free. Let me tell you, at day 224 I feel amazing! I know it probably still sucks for you right now. But trust me, it gets better! Way better! I saved my own life by quitting and you are too! You're doing great... Keep it up. Post every damn day, get phone numbers and get connected with your April brothers. It makes all the difference. I quit with u. -BadAsh

Tk you south I'm starting to get use to it now. I'm glad the scite was chalanging for me it killed a lot of time. I have been told by my coworkers I'm an ass tonight lol Bring on day seven so I can quit again.
Now that's what the hell I'm talking about. Let's kick that nic ODAAT! 'Remshot'
Don't take out your aggressions on them man. Those assholes didn't make you stuff your lip every moment you were awake. You're not quitting to be an asshole. You're learning to live without the stuff. If you have to bitch, find somebody here to bitch to about them. We've been there. It's not easy sometimes.

Day 7 fucking rocks. Keep it up and let me know if you need anybody to bitch to.
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

Thanks Cantoo! I never had any faith in online support systems but I gotta tell ya, this is helpful. I guess it's because I know evryone has and is going through this. It helps. Thanks already! Day four still pretty much sucking but I am even more determined. There's strength in that.

Lip, I to am here with you. Our group, the April group, I would bet is the one group every year that changes dramatically. Why? That bullshit new year resolution, "I Quit". It takes more than that to quit but at least its a start. Just stay in here everyday. PM me if you need to talk. It's only day 7 for me but I can tell you it is twice as nice as day 3. Just hang in there. I quit with you today.

You're not the only one trying to figure out the site, but it is a comfort just to be here and read and feel what we are all going through. I had a real shitty day today (day 3), but I made it. Sitting in bed and can't get sleepy. This site is a source of strength. Keep the faith!

Hi everyone, this is my second intro I've made and for some reason it's lost. I found my way over to post roll ,and I've seen those. I hope I'm not bumping anyone. I am doing really well with my quit thanks to KTC . I'm starting to be able to navigate the scite a little better. I think being lost has helped me by keeping me focused. I'm frustrated but it keeps me interested in learning. I love the freadom of not being controlled by tobacco any longer. I quit I quit I quit

Because I wore my underwear backward for the first week of my quit. It'll come man. You can't fuck up roll unless you don't put your name on it. Read, relax, and stay quit. You're doing fucking awesome.
