Keep up the quit JW. I used Baccoff and smokey mountain like it was going out of business for the first few weeks. Day 104 now and it's awesome to see the progress. Proud to quit with you brother. Pm me if you need some digits.

Make an appointment to see your dentist. Chances are, it's either your mouth healing or some residual irritation from the fake stuff, but it's better to get it checked for peace of mind.

Welcome, and keep up that quit!

Unfortunately, as you mentioned Bacc-Off does contain nicotine.
Their site says non-tobacco, non-nic.

Jaden,

Welcome to the site. Glad you found us.

Unfortunately, as you mentioned Bacc-Off does contain nicotine. KTC is a zero nicotine site. Nicotine is the addictive substance in dip, so if you are still ingesting it all you have done is changed the delivery method. You will not start to truly beat the can until you kill the nic.

Flush the Bacc-Off now. Be quit... The next three days will suck because you will be going though the withdrawals you have been postponing since 9-9.

Join Jan quit group. Post Day 1 free from Nic roll and lets get this party started!!

Hey everyone,
I just recently quit dipping on september 9, 2014. I dipped for about 7 years. I enlisted in the army when i was 17, deployed to iraq when i was 18 and if any of you are veterans im sure you can relate to the amount of tobacco that is consumed over seas. Ive been out of the army for about a year now and quit dipping using Bacc Off and it has worked really well for me. I would recommend it to anyone whose habit of dipping is just as strong as the nicotine addiction like mine was. Quitting is going well, i found this site surfing for the answer to why my cheek has a big white patch that showed up this morning. (im hoping its just ph levels or irritation from the Bacc Off) And i really like the idea of what you guys are doing.
Im excited to share stories of quitting with all of you, nice to meet you guys and good luck!
Thanks
Jaden
