Yep I saw he posted...he may need time to adjust to this site...he could be fogged out or going through withdrawals....

Watching my quit #'s rack up is what kept me going for sure. There's just something about making it to a month that let me know I CAN do this. And I personally love some jerky chew. Quit 1 damn day at a time  you'll be fine bro!

I have been using the smoky mountain, it does help.
do what is takes, go to the convenience store and get the biggest plastic glass they have, get ice tea or H20 in it and keep yourself hydrated.

At night it might help to get valerian root or melatonin to assist with sleep.
My sleeping has gotten shittty. I got to bed at midnight and up at 5:30 maybe it is just me being an old man. 'sos4'

Wang,

The Smokey Mountain works great. Smells like shit and the residue sticks to your fingers and everything else, but it helps.

Quitting is not easy, but the guys on this board are badass quitters that will quit with you and have your back IF they believe you are serious about quitting.

Read some more on the site and you'll get why this site works. It's about making a daily promise and accountability to others.

The welcoming committee can be harsh at times, but trust me, these are guys you want in your corner for this battle.

Come on back and post roll brother. I quit with you today.
