I used quitsmokeless.org a few years ago and it worked great.  Until I stopped using it.  Not sure if this is the same site w/ different name or not....

I'll have to verify the exact dates, but after 14-15 years of dipping, I quit from January '05 -  August '08.  Yup.  For 3.5 years I never touched it.  Not once.  And I had opportunity too.  I am a firefighter (prob half of em dip), hunter, fisherman, golfer (yup, they do it too) so I was around it daily.  Just took it one day at a time and then 3.5 years later disaster struck.  I was in the middle of paramedic school, a very stressful time, and my father had a massive stroke.  After being in the hospital unresponsive for several months, my grandmother was taken to another hospital, so somewhere between hospitals I caved.  Then my father died and I dipped more.  Then my friend died while we were fishing togther(with a dip in) and I quess I dipped more.

I was a longtime Cope user, so I justified it by getting Skoal Pouches.  There not as bad for you, right?!? Actually bought 2 that night b/c they were on sale.  Been doing them ever since.  Progressively more, of course.  Not as much as when I did before, but getting there, so now I am here.

Tossed about half a can yesterday about lunch, so I am calling today day 1.  Loaded up on seeds, gum, mint dip, fiber pills (hey, it helped me poo), green tee, and ibuprofen. Wish me luck.
Welcome. Post up in April 2010 and promise no nicotine, in any form. You might explain to your quit group what led to your cave (no, not the stress EXCUSE, the real reason you caved), as it might help someone in the future.
You Don't need LUCK here, you need DETERMINATION!!! Get in here with both feet and you will NOT fail!!! Unlike the QS site we'll track you down and Kick your ass if you cave!!! You can DO this one day at a time!!! Now get to work!!! Welcome aboard!!!
