While I understand the negativity, still glad to be 31 days in with no chew (or cigars). Still missing the chew, but way too stubborn to go back. Used up all of my fake chew and not going to buy anymore. For me, just kept me thinking about chewing. Did like the Teaza Fire though. Pretty psyched about Forever Mints. I'll stay quiet for another 30 days. Best wishes to all those on the straight and narrow.
While I appreciate your honesty, I feel obligated that what you saw as negativity was actually quitters petitioning to have you see the light. The KTC method of posting roll works and is proven to work. It is great that you got to day 31 that is no small task. We would like to see you stick around through it. Keep in mind that posting roll in a quit group takes less than 2 minutes of your busy day, but can add a lifetime of accountability daily. He'll you just might even meet a friend or two along the way.

wmcatty, thanks. I didn't join a quit group as I don't plan to commit to not using tobacco. I am going to quit chewing, but I plan to smoke a cigar from time to time. While I would rather be chewing, I'm not having a particularly difficult time of it as I've been here before. For that reason, I may not be the best person to help others. As I understand and respect the rules, I will cease posting. Thanks.
Well then............ BYE.

Great choice man. You are so good at quitting things.... :D
If You don't mind I would like to talk to your master. If you do that's tough. It's apparent your not in control of anything.

I hate you poison. I hate the fact that you were ever in my life. I hope my friend realizes the truth before it's to late. I hope he eventually realizes he loves you more than his family, friends and himself. I hope he realizes that you only do one thing well. You take, and take until there is nothing left. I hope he realizes that you will steal his money, time with family and dignity. I hope he realizes that you could eventually take his tongue, jaw, throat and eventually his life.

As you were.

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.

Welcome to the KTC quit train lingenfr. We are over 17,000 members strong and will support you all the way. What we do is provide you with the tools to quit and help you along that rough patch of track. We will be there for you every step of the way to freedom. We will be there when you are hurting, when you are in the suck, when you feel like raging, venting or just talking to someone on the phone. Around here, we call that Brotherhood.

Joining us means you will do a few things. First and foremost, you will post Roll. Roll is your daily promise to yourself and all of your new brothers and sisters that you will not use tobacco in any form that day. You will post your name and the number of days you are quit each day in the February 2014 quit group. Each and every day you will post your promise. No exceptions. That is the price of admission to KTC. Nothing more and nothing less. The reason you are put in February is that will be the month that you will celebrate being 100 days free of nicotineÂ…your Hall of Fame date.
Now that you know the basics, it is time to read all you can on this site. Go to the welcome center and that will get you started. Post roll and look up at your inbox (1). That is a personal message from me with my telephone number. Lets get your quit started today. Congrats on taking control of your life. Wayne

Hello,

I found KTC while looking for chew alternatives. I had my last chew on November 1st. I've chewed off and on (mostly on) for the last 30 years. Over the years I've chewed a bit of everything. I quit for 7 years and restarted in '03. Since then I've been clean for a year at a time at least twice, but came back. Before I quit, I was chewing a can to a can and a half of Skoal long cut a week. I haven't had any health issues. I am pretty discrete, so it has not really caused a problem at home, at work, etc. I just decided that I am not getting any younger and I don't need to do it. Who knows what the future will bring, but I figure that every year spent not chewing is a good thing. After a few weeks, I am not missing it every minute, but at least every hour. I purchased all the Teeza flavors and Nipthegrip. As you guys know, kind of like kissing your sister. I do like the Fire Teeza and Forever Mints are pretty good. As I am no longer around anyone who chews, I think I am less likely to backslide this time. Thanks for the information here.
Glad to be Quit with you Today!!

You just need a support group to keep you quit for good because you have proven multiple times you can make it through the first days/months.

If you need somebody to chat at, or quit with, send me a message would be happy to help.
