Nice job wanting to quit at a young age. I started around 12 and 20 some odd years were gone before I really even thought about quitting. Proud to be quit with you today!!

Congrats on making the best decision of your life. Especially at such a young age. I am glad you made the promise to your quit group and posted roll (perfectly as well). Make sure you get your promise on roll every single day. That's all we quit for here is one single day. read as much info on this site. Get to know your quit group. Reach out and exchange numbers. The more accountability you build here the stronger your quit will be. Let me know if you need anything.

Where y'at Jacob? Put on your bigboy pants and let's do this. This won't be easy, but hell, nothing worth having ever does come easy, does it? And trust me, living without DIP is definitely something worth having. Come on, you have a bunch of brothers in September '15 Samurais waiting to get to know you.

Yup yup. Post roll...its your promise not to use nicotine in any form for the day. Do the same tomorrow. Make your promise to yourself and your quit brothers, everyday.

Hey everybody, I guess I'm pretty young being 19, almost 20 years old, but I want to kill the habit before it continues any longer. I've been dipping for about a year now, but it became a terrible habit beginning around January of this year. There's absolutely nothing good about the stuff, and I know it's best for me to destroy this desire before 1 year turns into 10 years. I could list all the reasons to quit, but I really want to do it for myself at this point. I knew about KillTheCan website for awhile now, but I have finally built up the self-control and willpower to quit the stuff. And I'm confident the KillTheCan community and forum will help me stick to my word!

Sure I haven't had an addiction for a long time, but it's long enough to create it!
Awww 19, wow let's see how many of us would have loved to quit at 19! That's awesome Jacob! Don't wait another second, if you haven't posted roll get it done! We're all addicts here and yes you're an addict. As you can see how your brain tells you everyday how you need a dip, which is totally bullshit! Anyways post roll and make your promise everyday and keep it! There's alot to read and learn on here, get some number's from your brothers and sisters. I quit with you today my friend!

Congrats on doing something most all of us wish we could have done, quit early. You are doing the right thing I promise. Because 1 year will turn into 10, trust me I know. So jump on over to our quit group, September 2015. Post your promise that you will not use nicotine in any way for just one day, and repeat tomorrow!
