Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Welcome Nate. You've made a great decision. Tell us a bit more about yourself. Did you dip for a year or 30? Have you aquainted yourself with how things run around here in terms of posting roll daily? You belong in the February group, but keep this thread going and tell us some more. Welcome aboard.

Hello,

This is my first post. I'm new around here and 16 days into my quit. its been really difficult. I quit cold turkey from doing a can a day.

I just read an article on here that said days 4-20 you will probably experience these withdrawal symptoms

Cravings--No kidding its all I really think about
Irritability-- I'm always cranky but I can almost catch myself doing it now but can't help myself
Insomnia-- go to bed later and wake up earlier. when i can sleep night sweats like crazy
Fatigue--nothing really here
Inability to Concentrate-- I can concentrate but those times are triggers
Headache not yet :)
Sore throat-- yes and seems strange
Constipation, gas, stomach pain-- I'll just leave it at a yes
Dry mouth--yes
Sore tongue and/or gums---nope
