Pound that water Spartan. Post roll early every damn day stating that you will not use nicotine in any form for the day, honor your word all day, next day wake up and do it again.

If you are a man of your word, if you can post roll first thing in the morning, then you got this.

Quit with you.

Thanks guys. Made it to day 3. Been dipping for 20 years now. Was able to stop for about a 2 year period but picked it back up again when things were "tough" in 2008. Ever since then I have had a lot of odd or minor health issues. For them all risk factors are alcohol and tobacco. Finishing up a 7 day cleanse today, no booze, and now no nicotine for 3 days. Hope it helps.
How can not poisoning yourself on a daily basis not help? Good decision to be quit and to be here

Glad to be quit with you today, good luck at the doctor today
If you really want it...do it! Dish the nic bitch forever! Post roll read and listen to these guys!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Spent most of last week planning and prepping myself to start on Jan. 5. So Sunday (1-4) I am looking at a mostly full can of Copenhagen and watching football. I told myself I would just finish out the can which prolly take me until Tuesday or Wednesday.

Because I was at my girlfriend's house, I have to sneak it and left it in her bathroom. Realized my "mistake" as soon as I got in the truck. Now that was a hard conversation with my self. Stop at the store? Go back and tell her why I came back? Or just do what I told myself and her. So ended up starting way faster than planned, but at least I started.
I haven't been in intros in a while (and that is crappy, I know), but this post reminds me what this place is all about.

I'm happy for you, Spartan6. The stars lined up in your favor. Some will call it luck, some will call it an omen, some will call it a miracle. I'll just call you quit. At this point, you've cleared a lot of the nicotine from your system already. Never go back. Every day you are quit and every challenge you overcome add to the list of things you'll never have to suffer through again.

Reach out via PM if you need anything at all.

Welcome. You have made a great choice. Get rid of that last can. Don't throw it in the trash but dump it in the toilet. Too easy to go diving in the trash when you want that dip. Post roll and read everything you can on this site. It works.
I quit with you today.

Spartan-
It does' matter how you started your quit- it matters why you decided to quit. You have to quit because you want to quit, you can't quit because someone else wants you to do it because it will never work.

Drink lots of water over the next few days it will help clean out your system. Read, read and then read some more on this site.

Most importantly post roll every damn day and be a man of your word.

Quitting isn't easy but it's worth it
