Glad you have gotten tired of the dipping and are ready to become serious about quitting. Just about all of us started dipping in our teens (I was 15). You don't go from nothing wrong to something seriously wrong, like it is either/ or: the negative social, financial, and health effects of using smokeless tobacco are cumulative. All of us played the liars game of 'Oh my gosh, I have his sore in my mouth, it might be cancer and I quit', only to insert a dip in the car after the doctor reassured us it wasn't cancer. We were all 'so young and so addicted'. You get to decide if you want finally quit now, or let your life revolve around feeding your addiction for another 20 years. That is the only choice you have. I hope you post roll and join us.
