yep, like kid that cried wolf she has heard it before. the smokey mtn is helping me for now. it is amazing to read story after story that i could have written myself. hang in there we'll all get thru thiis together
I agree. Smokey Mountain (you can get it at Wal Mart) has really helped me with my cravings. Now that the nicotine has left my system, whenever I get a strong craving, I trick my brain into thinking I'm taking a pinch of chew. So far it has really taken the edge off and seems to be working fine. Best of luck to you from a 17+ year cope addict and 25 year tobacco user.

I have been visiting the site everyday several times a day. It does really help to read that everyone is going through the same things. My wife is thrilled that I am quitting even though I don't think she believes I will quit for good.

I am not sure if I posted roll call correctly or not. I do know that I have NOT had
a dip since my first posting. I did get the flu the first week I was quitting and I actually think it helped. I felt so bad I did not want a dip! I does seem to be getting a little easier but I am still craving it!

My New Years resolution this year is again to stop dipping. I have dipped Copenhagen for over 20 years and I MUST quit. I am glad I found this
website and will checking in everyday. I must admit I am worried but
determined!!
Welcome to site. Head over to April 08 and post roll. Roll is your word that you will not dip for today. In order for this site to work, you must be good to your word. If you are, we will keep you accountable.

You have taught your mind and body that dipping is normal for over 20 years. Now you need to re-teach it that it is normal to not have nic in your system. Day by day, it can be done. It is a tough road, but well worth it.
I've always wanted to save a life, so I started with mine.

Quit Date: 4/22/2007~HOF: 7/30/2007~2nd Floor: 11/7/07~3rd Floor: 2/15/08~1 YEAR!: 4/22/2008~4th Floor: 5/25/2008~5th Floor: 9/2/2008~6th Floor: 12/11/2008~7th Floor: 3/21/2009~2 Years: 4/22/2009~ 8th Floor: 6/29/2009 ~ 9th Floor: 10/7/2009 ~ My Comma: 1/15/2010!
