Where's the roll post for yesterday? We post roll daily here.

Here is some friendly advice...quit now at 18, and never look back. I used for 17 years, almost your entire life. Think of how much smarter than me you'll be if you quit at 18! It's your life, save it now.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Welcome. Your Qui Group is the November '16 pre HOF group. November is the month you'll be 100 days quit, which is a milestone celebrated here.

Posting Roll is the backbone of how we stay quit. It's our daily promise to the entire community to not use nicotine. Posting Roll is one of the few requirements to being a member here.

Stay quit.

I've seen you college folks come through here. And they did s fine job of taking back their freedom. I'm sure you will to. You already said you were ready to man up. So I know you have the right attitude. It's hard work. Just like going to med school, it's hard work but possible. Get in your Quit group and post your Day 1. It all start with that first day. Glad your here. This place will change your future and your life. If you let it.
Welcome aboard....
To man up... Means to post roll.
Do it early. And dont miss.
Its not about making excuses.
It's just the opposite..... Its keeping your word and promise.
You can do it.
Get back in here and find your group.
Post Roll
I quit with you.

Quitting... again
« on: August 20, 2016, 09:36:00 PM »
I am 18, been chewing since I started highschool. I've tried quitting before, but I always find some excuse to go for another dip. Now that I'm off to college, I figured it's time to man up and quit. Really hoping this will be the last time I quit. A little about myself; i used to play ice hockey, still have a passion for the sport but injuries ended my chances of playing college. I am studying pre-med, and hope to be a doctor someday. Not gonna lie, I'm dreading what the next few days will bring, but I'm also looking forward to a nicotine free life.
