You know you want to quit so jump in all the way! Man up and answer the questions honestly. Get involved: post roll every day, read the site for hours a day, and drink the kool-aid like frank the tank at a frat kegger! You deserve to be beaten like a dip shit for going back to day 1. I stopped dipping a bunch of times over a 20 year 'habbit' and I kicked myself for having that "one more dip" that led to slavery for more years... Just do it the quit is so worth it.

I think you should add the word "Again" to this title, as in "My first day, again".

You're first day was 10/24/12, a day that you posted a day 1 with the Almighty January Jackwagins of 2013. That was also the last day you posted roll with us. Usually a caver is put through the wringer and asked to answer the 3 questions. That's the price of re-admission. I don't care if you only posted one day. I'm sure some of those guys remember you are reached out to your last "first day".

1) What happened?
2) Why did it happen?
3) What are you going to do different this time?

Reflect on this questions, write down some good solid answers (not rubber stamp answers) and post them HERE and in your new group. Maybe then I'll take you seriously and could give you support.

My first day has been pretty smooth.  I'm trying to exercise a lot to keep my mind from craving that fix.  I'm expecting a restless night but you know what...fuck the nicotine..fuck the dip...It's time for a change.  October I became involved with KTC and I quit for 3 months.  But then I fucked up.  I thought "just one" wouldn't affect me.  Boy was I wrong.  This summer I will be traveling the whole midwest.  Some trips will be 14 hours long.  This will be the ultimate test.  I am ready
5 posts is not involved with KTC. If you want success , post roll, read, and drink the koolaid . Welcome aboard

Ps : Google "law of addiction"
" the administration of a drug to an addict will re-establish chemical dependency........ Just one is all it takes.
"CLOSE THE DOOR. In my opinion, it?s the single most important step in your final quit. There is one moment, THE moment, when you finally let go and surrender to the quit. After that moment, no temptation will be great enough, no lie persuasive enough to make you commit suicide by using tobacco."
