Werd! Exactly like brothers looT and miJ said. The brain is a power thing. The receptors that have had a non stop flow of nic are not going to give up easy. They may never give up. But who made who, (I love AC/DC). Nut up and take care of them bitches brother. You run the show.
The truth is not afraid to be questioned. The Truth wants you to question it, so it can remove all your doubts. Only then can you be free.

fuk...

we call it the funk...it will bust your chops anywhere from 50-90 days but one thing is certain...it WILL happen. it'll last for 3-4 days...you develop a bad case of the "fuck its" you go thru all sorts of mind fucks. Your addiction understands that you aint playin around, so it fucks with you in return.

You motor thru this and LOOT promises you'll cruise to 100. You'll make it to around 125 and it'll happen again...just not quite as bad...then around 250...then 400...the 750 or so.

It's a cycle. One that the peak get further and further apart.

Don't listen to the voices man. You need this community. You need the support. You need the clean. Trust LOOT on this one man....please.

It's your brain receptors realizing that it's just been to long without nicotine and they are effen mad. It's a last ditch effort by the nic bitch to suck you back in. Push through the big craves, they will pass then the little ones will be a breeze to blow off. Just keep using this site and say fuck the bitch 'Finger'

any one know how long after you quit the risk of the big C drops to a rate of a non dipper?
Check out this link. I think it will answer your question quite well. Bottom line is your chances of getting the C are less now than they were when you were sporting a dip. They're less now too, even less now....get the point?

there are quite a few "fake" chews out there on the market... i think the one that you're referring to is "mint snuff" -- personally i never tried, it but i think many people have used it and like it.

here's a list of some of the other alternative chews out there.

not many people utilize this site on the weekends. Hang tough and get numbers from the ones who are on here to use to get through the weekend.

Read old post, post your own post, post questions, post rants...whatever it takes to keep quit.

Read ODT's story, look at his picutres. Read Read Read

most of all don't dip!

Welcome to the site. The weekends are slow around here, but it picks up on the weekdays. We average around 20 members online at any given time during the week.

Day 5 is great. You have made it through the worst days.

Head over to Feb. '07 quit group and sign Roll Call. Those guys will be your quit brothers and are going through the same crap as you right now. Stick to this site and you will quit.

Hit me up if you need anything.
