Hey guys glad to be here. 3 yrs on the tin constantly. Doesn't seem like much compared to some of the other guys I've heard from. ...
I only chewed for one day before I quit.

The problem is that I kept moving my last day forward. I kept that up, one day at a time, for a very long time.

So, you're in the same boat as every single one of us. You used nicotine one day at a time.

Now it's time to put that last day far behind you and never look back.

It's going to suck - we know because we've all been through it. Good work posting roll. Be sure to let us know how you're doing.

We will be in the same class, quitting on the same day. I'll be here with ya the whole time, man this gonna suck and be the best thing ever at the same time. I just drove through Lexington to go to Tenn, that is a nice area.

You've taken the first step, we're here for the rest. It will be an ass-whip for the first week or two, but then the fog will lift. And it is worth the fight. You will soon realize how fucking stupid dipping was...we all realize it sooner of later.

Post role every day. Stay glued to this site. Read everything you can...the HOF Speeches, the Kern family story, look at the cancer pics, etc.

Remember, quitting is done one day at a time. Forget about tomorrow, next week or forever...we'll deal with those when they get here. Focus on right now, today, this 5 minutes. Give your word that you will do whatever it takes to get through today nic free and KEEP YOUR WORD!!!

You can do it. This site is full of folk just like you...actually, EXACTLY like you. Everybody is in this thing together. You have the strength to do it. We believe in you.

Congrats on quitting. The first week is crazy but it gets better. I'm 17 days quit and feel like the man! Nicotine can kiss my ass.

Shit is a little crazy in your group over there. Don't let that hinder your quit buddy. Hang in there and let the 'old hands' sort out the Do5 situation.

Quitting is the best decision you've ever made. One day at a time brother.
I quit with with you all!
