After 13 years of a can a day, I've finished Day 2 of being nicotine free. I worked on the house, ate a cows-worth of beef jerky, and wanted to punch everything, sentient or not.

Nice to meet you all.
Lets do this.

Hi Leo, name is Rick Jr or just Jr. Glad to have you here brother. Welcome to June! If you need anything feel free to reach out! The site can be a little confusing at first, even more so if you are in the fog.

I KNOW how you feel, be proud of your quit! Get with the members of June, swap numbers, it seems weird at first, but they come in handy! If you need more digits hit me up.

The main thing to do here is make sure you post your Roll every day first thing. Wake Up, Piss, Post. Worry only about the the next 24 hours, then do it all again.

Great to have you here with us brother.

Hi Leo,

The price of admission for being a member here is posting your promise to abstain from nicotine every day.  We do that in roll call.  Each roll call is delineated by month.  Your group is June 2019 because that is the month you will reach 100 days of being quit. You can find your month by clicking HERE.

Post your promise early in the day, every day.  We quit one day at a time here.  We don't worry about tomorrow until tomorrow is today.

Start exchanging digits, like Vman said.  It builds your wall of accountability and brotherhood and gives you instant access to support if you need it.

My digits are a PM away if you would like them.  Just ask and I am happy to oblige.

Chris
If you want my digits, just ask and they will be yours, but I expect yours in return.

Accountability is a statement of personal promise, both to yourself and to the people around you, to deliver specific defined results.

Do not be complacent about your achievements and not to strive for continual improvement when you get to the top. As soon as you let success go to your head, you sink into following familiar patterns and play it safe. In other words, you risk losing your edge.

You need anything, ask.  You feel strong, help.  This quit is for you but we got your back.

Hey Leo,

You have made a fantastic decision to quit and to join your June group here. Create contacts and exchange digits for when it gets tough. One day at a time and make sure you post your promise first thing every morning. I quit with you today!! Think about your friends and family but most of all DO IT FOR YOU
