I am looking for my quit group. My 100 day mark will be on May 31st 2019. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hey bro,

click the link that Kybo posted for you.  That is the May Quit Group.  GO there and post your promise to be nicotine free for the day, keep your word, come back tomorrow and promise again.  Keep doing that every day.  Start exchanging digits with other quitters in your groups and some vets.  This will build you accountability  and brotherhood network as well as give you instant access to support if needed.

Stay involved with your group as much as you can as this will also help keep your quit strong.
