Law,

What happened?  Did the count down timer reset itself to another 5 years or something because you aren't in here quitting us???

There is a reason we told you not to wait.  If you wait, your addict brain will come up excuse after excuse to put in another lipper.  Quit thinking about quitting and just QUIT for fuck sake.  Rip that bandaid off and start enjoying your life nicotine free.

That's all I've got to say for now.  The choice is yours.  Do you want to be free or do you want to be chained to that can for the rest of your life, which will no doubt be a lot shorter if you continue on your current path?
If you want my digits, just ask and they will be yours, but I expect yours in return.

Accountability is a statement of personal promise, both to yourself and to the people around you, to deliver specific defined results.

Do not be complacent about your achievements and not to strive for continual improvement when you get to the top. As soon as you let success go to your head, you sink into following familiar patterns and play it safe. In other words, you risk losing your edge.

You need anything, ask.  You feel strong, help.  This quit is for you but we got your back.

I second what Chris said.  If you’re committed to quitting do it now. Flush it, and with your promise every morning you will eliminate the option of dipping.  Since you’re a man of your word you won’t break the promise you make every morning.   Do it now brother, there is no chance you’ll ever regret it.

Hello ladies and gentlemen. For starters I am 21 year old Male and I have been dipping since I was about 14. I'm going to quit starting tomorrow. I'm very excited to be taking steps towards the right path and know of the trenches along the way. I see all of your guys post and love how supportive you are to everyone! I'll post tomorrow when the countdown timer hits 0, its go time! About to be day 1 of the rest of my life! Thanks for the support already in advanced!

Law,

Quit today.  Now is the time.  If you don't do it now, your addict brain will come up with yet another excuse not to quit tomorrow.  Go flush whatever you have left down the toilet and then go post your day one promise in September right now.  Promise not to use nicotine in any form for the rest of the day.  Tomorrow morning, wake up, take a piss and get back on here and make your promise again.  Keep your word every day, and make your promise ever morning.

It will suck for a while, but you will not regret it in the long run.

This is a link to your group September 2019 Pre-HOF Quit Group.

Go there and post your promise not to use nicotine.  Start exchanging phone numbers with other quitters, this will be your life line for when it really sucks and you need instant support.

You can do this.  I wish I did it when I was your age.

Chris
