You've got some badass September brothers showing some support in here. Head over to the September group and post roll and you guys can battle this together.

Here's the link: https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=14277.0

Find the most recent post with your group name in it and add your name to roll.

Hey man, welcome.  Like Ned, I’m new; day 4.  Don’t let your guard down because the cravings will hit you out of nowhere.  Just focus on one day, and even go hour to hour if that helps.  I’m 85 hours in and still counting by the hour.  Drinking lots of water and changing your routine really helped me.

Welcome. Go to the September Quit Group, and learn how to post roll. Posting roll is how we stay quit.

By posting roll, you are making a promise to yourself, all the members of your group, and all of the supporters in your group that you will not use nicotine in any form for the rest of the day. Make the same promise again tomorrow and every tomorrow after.

Exchange digits (phone numbers) with some of the guys in your group, and some vets too. Mine are a PM away. Exchanging digits adds another layer of accountability.

Proud to quit with you.

Well here I am...

Hey guys. Just wanted to stop by and say hi. Currently I am on day 2. About 38 hours in. Hasn't been as terrible as I was expecting. I have found that I have alot more triggers than I thought. This weekend is going to be tough. I coach baseball and we all know how roadtrips and baseball mix with snuff. Ive already got sunflower seeds and some jerky lined up. I got this though! Ive read some of your stories and I fit right in with alot of you. I have dipped since I was 14. I am now 35. Ive got 21 years under my bealt. I was a closet dipper for a long time. Didnt want anyone to know because of my reputation I had. I went my entire first marriage hiding it. Got caught numerous times and always had to come up with a story about why it was there or where it came from or whose it was and all that stuff. After my divorce I opened up about my addiction. Everyone already knew of course but it was time I opened up about it. When I met my second wife I told her about my usage from the first day I met her. She smoked so we couldnt really judge each other. She quit smoking when she was preggo with our daughter but I kept right on with my addiction. Its finally time for me to give it up for good. My son is extremely happy with me. Hes been begging me to quit for years now. Since he was old enough to understand that what I was doing is dangerous and bad for you. Well heres to staying sober!
