Great advice down there.  Where is your post in your quit group?  Where is your promise?  Putting your pledge on the line makes this real.  Drinking the KTC Koolaid means you are accountable now.  Go make that pledge.  Quit this addiction for good.
Just one and you will be back to where you started, and where you started was desperately wishing you were where you are now.

Here's a link to your Quit Group: https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=14277.0

Go there, and learn to post roll. When you post roll you make a promise to yourself, to all the members of your Quit Group, and everyone who posts support that you will not use nicotine in any form for the rest of the day. Then come back early tomorrow, and every tomorrow after and make the same promise. Make your promise, keep your promise. Quitting really is that simple - hard as hell, but simple.

Hello everyone, This is my third time seriously quitting. Date set, dip destroyed, mind set, plan in place.

...

I'm hoping that third time is the charm for me when it comes to dipping. Anyways, sorry for rambling, here I am.
Don't be sorry, you quit rambling the very second you go to your quit group and post your promise to yourself and us that you will not use nicotine in any form today. Until then, you're NOT here. Accountability makes it real.

Hope floats and so does shit. No hope needed. Don't put that shit in your mouth. It has nothing to do with luck, fate, timing, what's going on in your life, etc. You have total control. Take the reins. Post your promise. Repeat it tomorrow.

This is your 1st time to "seriously" quit. The last 2 were mere half assed tries.

We don't hope here, Hope was a fat chick in high school. Either you have the balls to quit or you don't.

Put your hard hat on, fasten your seatbelt, correct the weakness in your thinking, and get this shit done..

I second what quitter said.  I think you replied to my intro that you quit the same day as me.  That means you are on day 14.  Post roll; you’re past the hardest part but can’t get complacent.  My digits are a PM away if you want them.

Welcome to the tips.

Welcome silversuffer, you made the best decision of your life. I think you are using this site for the first time.

do you know how to post roll call? if its your first day you should be in September group here is link to group https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=14277.0 . once you click on this link refresh the page and find latest post. click on quote and put your name and days you are free of nicotine.

this is what we call on this site ODAAT (one day at a time) you will come every day morning and post "i will not use nicotine in any form for next 24 hours". we come every day and and promise in our group.

exchange digits with your group member, so you can reach out to them and they can reach out to you if you miss the roll call (forget to promise on page). This is accountability. it keeps you on track.

i am still at 67 days in to my quite, i can vouch this helps stay focus. if its your first day it will suck read as much as you can on the site. next week is going to be tough for you. it will become easier as you stay free of nicotine.

Day 1, for the last time!
« on: June 11, 2019, 07:30:56 AM »
Hello everyone, This is my third time seriously quitting. Date set, dip destroyed, mind set, plan in place. Deep down I think we all know how bad this is for us. I know that I should not be using such a horrible product, but as I put the chew in my mouth, all those reasons fade away. Then the guilt sets in 20 minutes later. I make myself promises, condemn myself, swear and belittle myself, and an hour later....here's me again, with that fucking can. Funny thing, I smoked for 10 years, compliments of the Army, and it took me 4 tries to quit for good. In the end, it was something stupid.....I threw the pack out the window on the way home and never looked back. I'm hoping that third time is the charm for me when it comes to dipping. Anyways, sorry for rambling, here I am.
