My suggestion -
Go zero percent Grizzly wintergreen and 100% sugar free chewing gum. Or 100% sunflower seeds. Or 100% coffee grounds. Or 100% sugar free hard candy.
The bottom line - cut out the Grizzly completely. Use whatever the hell else you can think of that contains no nicotine and no sugar.
Myself, I used sugar free chewing gum. At first, I put in 3 or 4 pieces just to match the volume of crap I was used to. I didn't limit myself at all with the gum. I switched out with fresh gum very often. At first, I don't think I saved any money at all when I quit nearly four years ago. Now, I don't use gum at all, but it took a long time to transition - probably 8 months before I was off the gum.
Get off the Grizzly and go to the February Pre-HoF Group (
https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=15988.0). Post your promise to remain nicotine free for the next 24 hours. Come back early tomorrow, and every tomorrow afterward and make the same promise again. I've been doing that for 1,397 days now, and it has kept me quit. Quitting is very simple - hard as hell - but simple. Find a nicotine-free (and in your case sugar-free) substitute. Post roll in your group daily. Exchange digits (phone numbers) with other quitters. Mine are a PM away. Refuse to put a dip, or any other form of nicotine in your mouth for any reason at all.
Not to sound like a broken record - but throw the Grizzly away dude. You are only prolonging the pain.
