Welcome. Here's a link to your May Quit Group: https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16257.0

Go there and learn to post roll. By posting roll, you are making a promise to yourself, all the members of your Quit Group, and everyone posting support, that you will not use nicotine in any form for the rest of the day. Go there early in the day each morning, and make the same promise. I've been doing that for 1,491 days, and I'm still quit.

Reach out to others in your group, and a few vets, for digits (phone numbers). Mine are a PM away.

It's going to be tough being around so many others that use tobacco. You need to be stronger than they are. Remember, caving is a choice. So is staying quit. When you choose to stay quit, you are choosing freedom.

Proud to quit with you.

@Fitter54909  RDB has given you the link to freedom. Don't let a dead plant in a can control you. Post roll. Keep your promise to stay nicotine free. Repeat.

Steamfitter/welder. Lots of friends and coworkers dip, chew, or smoke. Ive tried to quit several times just to relapse. Found KTC and starting a new journey.
