So, today is day 2. Last night I had a mad headache that made me want to tear my nose off; I made it through in one piece.

I actually smelled flower pollen this morning when I took my dog outside. Who knew?

Looking forward to the freedom. Going for a run with the wife now. I'll check in later.

Keep on going. You will be past the 72 hour mark very soon id not already.
Stay connected and posting your promise daily and you can do it.
Quit hard!

@RonnyJoe2   welcome to KTC. Click on the link https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16409.msg7902715#msg7902715 and go post your promise in the July 2020 quit group. We wake up, piss, and post our promise to stay nicotine free for the day. Keep your word and then repeat the process the following the day. Take your quit one day at a time ODAAT and worry about tomorrow when it gets here.  Check you messages as fellow quitters will be reaching out. Only exchange digits through messages and not on the forum or here in the Intro section. Those relationships will pay huge dividends. You can do this and we are here to help. Reach out if I can help as I am more than happy to exchange digits and partner up on the battle against nicotine.

Welcome to KTC @RonnyJoe2 you have officially taken the first steps to freedom from nicotine. Look for my phone number in your messages so we can stay quit together. Buy in to this site and I promise you WILL stay quit. I tried numerous times on my own and all of them failed, that is until I joined this site. I am now on day 103 of my quit, results speak for themselves. Look forward to hearing from you man!
