I was a bit nervous for a couple days there but I'm glad you made the leap. If you're anything like I was, you may think that your symptoms or the way/reasons you use are unique. I quickly found that not to be the case. You have friends here. People here know what you are leaving behind and know what you have to look forward to. Do yourself a favor and use them. Make connections with people in your group and vets. Find someone you think you can trust and get a phone number. THIS WILL SAVE YOUR QUIT ONE DAY!! Feels strange but it's vital. I've got many numbers and have given my number out to many and have never had a problem...and it's saved my quit a handful of times in the last 291 days. Title pretty much says it all. Can't tell you how many times I've tried to quit. Lasted a year one time but fell on hard times and went right back to it. Sitting here with a dip in my mouth while I type this. Gotta a half roll of Cope in the fridge. Rationalizing the hell out of it, I'll start when I finish that roll. I've gotta get off this stuff.
