Stop being a dipshit by paying to enslave yourself and give yourself cancer and/or heart problems. You can make your own luck by taking back your life today. The way to quit is to jump off into the deep end right now. It doesn't matter what else you have going on. Quitting IS the most important thing you can do today. Show yourself some respect.

Hello guys, I have been dipping for 35 years and I have finally made my mind up to quit.. I know my luck is running out so wish me well..

Hey @Slooper.  I know how you are feeling.  ~25yr dipper...I also felt as though my "luck" was running out.  It occurred to me one day that I would not be surprised if I found a pre-cancerous growth in my mouth...i somewhat expected it.  That was roughly a year ago and I've now been clean for 313 days.  The journey is not easy but it is simple.  Wake up and make your promise every day.  Do whatever you need to do to not use nicotine for the day.  Repeat.  There are many here who will support you through this.  We are strong because of our numbers and experience.

Post roll (your promise) in the August '20 quit group (https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16445.0).  Read as much material on the site as you can.  Drink lots of water and exercise if you can.  Trade numbers with some in your group and some vets and use these connections WHEN (not if) you are feeling weak.  You can do this brother.  Please don't hesitate to reach out if I can do anything for you.  Hope to see you on roll soon.  Hold the line man.
