Thanks man. I appreciate the support. I’m feeling like a spaced out zombie right now. Glad to be quit, day 8.

Day 8 is about as bad ass as it gets.  Quitting is for winners.  Keep winning every day.   8)
Great job Bigquita - everything you've posted is textbook withdrawal and will pass in time.  Just keep plugging ahead -  it gets so much easier.
@Bigquita  keeps focusing on one day at a time ODAAT. Don’t worry about quitting tomorrow, next week, or for forever. We will deal with tomorrow when it gets here. Make sure you are making some connections with fellow quitters. Reach out if you need support or accountability. Happy to partner up with you.

Just one and you will be back to where you started, and where you started was desperately wishing you were where you are now.

@Bigquita Welcome my friend and you will be going thru so much in the next few weeks that you will be praying to see the cleaner side. Brain fog and depression are all part of the clean up and at 166 days I still get that crap. Your gut, throat and mouth are going thru some serious changes right now due to tobacco spit had everything gunked up and out of wack. Your throat and mouth will go thru some changes that will drive you nuts. Some people had bleeding and soreness but I had the creeping jaw and overall ache throughout my whole face. Your stomach is trying to adjust to not having all that spit to deal with and has no clue how to operate. Check out my intro page to see the crap I delt with starting at about day 50 and still deal with it. You need to seriously think about changing your diet so sit down and read up on reflux diets. Once I changed my diet I started to see big improvements in my health. I still have issues but I have such an oral/crave issues that drives me bonkers worse than the quit. So I constantly stuff a baccoff pouch in my lip and the vinegar is beating me up. It is time though that I seriously knuckle up and stop that also but it does help with the other symptoms especially early on. Time to ride it out, get plenty of water, get plenty of rest and get quit buddies you can reach out to. My digits are yours if you want just send me a pm. Remember to "embrace the suck as a right of passage" I did and still believe it today. Power thru it one day at a time. God bless you brother and keep fighting.

Here's the link to your November quit group: https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=15852.0

Go there, and learn to post roll. Make your promise to remain dip/nicotine free for 24 hours. Go back tomorrow, and every tomorrow after that, and make the same promise again.

Proud to quit with you.

Hello all, bigquita here.

7 days clean, freaking out a bit. Going thru withdrawal, Throat is gunked up, reflux etc. just getting over bad sinus stuff, anxiety/depressed, got me in a weird head space right now. Just ready to get this over with. Glad this place exists.

Bigquita’s the name, quittin dippin’s my game.  Stay healthy!
Welcome to the best choice you can make all day!
Post your promise at the beginning of every day, and spend the rest of your day keeping that promise.

You ever quit like this before? How long did you use?
