Been dipping for about 15 years. I’m on day 5 without anything right now and starting to crack. Need suggestions like toothpicks or gum or anything that people found helped
Welcome @Marcfochs. Congrats on making it 5 days on your own! I suggest you join the March 2021 group and post your promise not to use nicotine in ANY form today. Here at KTC we quit 24 hours at a time. Anyone can quit for one day. We let tomorrow take care of itself. When that day comes, we post our promise again to not let any nicotine enter our bodies.

Try it our way and if you buy into the system and can keep a promise, you will find success here. I look forward to quitting with you one day at a time (ODAAT).
