Are you on day 2 now buddy?
@Choyecb Did you stick with it? I agree that you need to read as much as you can but I would strongly suggest that you start posting roll. That promise is what really helped me but to have others reach out to me was a huge boost in my quit. Don't be afraid when somebody reaches out to you and is wiling to share digits. We are not being creepy we are being helpful. Sometimes that text or call is the big difference to staying clean or caving. If I can be of any help let me know.

@Choyecb

Great decision!  Now, the work begins.

You are in the right place.  If you're serious about quitting.

Jeff
@Choyecb  welcome to KTC. Here is the link to your quit group, April2021 https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16868.0. Wake up, piss, and post your promise first thing to stay nicotine free for the day. Keep your word and repeat the process the following day. Recommend you make a few connections with fellow quitters on the site. Exchanging digits with fellow quitters is highly recommended but only through personal messages and not on the forum or here in the Intro section. The brotherhood/sisterhood will go a long way in helping you stay quit. You can do this and we are here to help. Shoot me a message with digits and I will reply with mine in return. There is strength in numbers.
