well on day 10 without nic. Slept. 9 hours last night. Doing good , not having any withdrawals. Yea I know I posted in 2018 and at the time I my mind really wasn’t into it.

But, if your ready to get serious about your quit, come on back. We'll give you 2 minutes advice on how to navigate a forum. AND we'll be here to help with the best, longest lasting, method of quit.

(Then you wont have to tell us your 'day 9 story' every couple years!)

Love it when people don't have the balls to quit and then blame it on something completely lame like not being able to navigate a simple internet forum.

Hell or high water we all figured out how to make sure our supply of a cancerous weed never ran out. But it's too difficult to take 15 minutes to learn out to click a few buttons and make a daily promise. Got it.

Question of the Day: What was the weirdest thing you used as a spitter?

When I was in high school, I used to sit in the back during shop class near this giant heater and would spit in the vents when the teacher wasn't looking.  In the winter-time when that thing would kick on, the smell was freaking terrible...

They were very popular in my school also. That was a bad and very unique smell.

I'm bummed I can't really try any of these fake products anymore. It's not because I'm scared it will lead back to the real thing. Rather, it's because my mouth has healed to a point where using any of the fake products actually creates discomfort now. I supposed it's a good problem to have!

Same here. I thought it was better to retrain my mind to not expect/want/need to have something in my lip for me to be comfortable. Biggest reasons for this is 1. The fake stuff is pretty damn expensive and 2. While they contain no carcinogens like the real stuff, I would think anything you hold in a spot in your mouth for extended periods of time are probably not good.

I think you're both right... if you don't need the fake stuff and your mouth has healed to the point where it's irritating to use... don't use it! Agreed... great "problem" to have!

Wish I had that issue. My stupid brain still does not want to work without something jammed in that lip. Actually was off fake for a month but I was so stressed out all the time that I was starting to scare myself. No desire for tobacco but will be so glad to get thru the lip deal. Day 341 today and getting better all around except that above. KTC is awesome and is the reason I am still quit. That and thw good Lord above. Thanks Chewie for starting an awesome website for all the addicts like me.

I never spit.  Grandpa thought it was gross, and a waste.  So I didn't. 

Probably why my odds of cancer will be 10 times more likely.     (I fucking hope not...but I worry about it)
