I can't count the times I have attempted to quit over the past 35+ years. I am committed to quit and am 100% focused. My main concern is one, two or three months down the road, how do I keep that commitment?
Looking forward to staying quit and getting the support.

Welcome to KTC,
@rloafman. If you stick with the program here, there will be no more "attempts to quit." You will simply be QUIT. You should not concern yourself with two or three months down the road. One of the first acronyms you learn here is ODAAT: One Day At A Time. That's all we ask your promise to be good for. One day. 24 hours. Keep your word that you won't use for 24 hours. Come back the next day and make that promise again. Before you know it, it will be 2 or 3 months down the road, and you won't even have realized it because you didn't worry about the future. You handled what you could handle in a single day.
Our formulas are simple, and if you will remember them and apply them, you'll be okay.
1. Brotherhood + Accountability = Success
2. 1 Problem + Nicotine = 2 Problems
We won't fail you. Don't fail yourself. Get to the May 2021 group TheFranks5 pointed you to, and post your name, day count, and promise. Get your freedom back from the nicodemon.
